The purpose of this activity is to identified the existing condition all the lake and small lakes in related to administration region such as amount, building location and its equipment, area of benefit receiver of lake and small lake, and also potential inside it which implied on formulation of national policy for lake and small lake utilization. Consultant scope of work covering: compiling water needs data for community, identification of development potency and its management bodies, develop database system which  updatable, collecting balance of water and its problems, inventoried government rules, way of conservancy and operation, identifying the source of threat continuity of lake and small lake and also make management lake study.
